G87 Clutch Pedal

Just took delivery of my '25 BSM M2 and so far am in love. One issue. My shoe seems to be hangng up on the top or sides of the footwell causing a less than smooth disengagement of the clutch. I wear a size 10M and I'm not wearing combat boots. I've driven MTs for more than 50 years so I know how to drive one. Does this happen to anyone else? Do I need to buy ballerina shoes? It doesn't seem too bad if I consciously use the ball of my foot on the clutch. Suggestions?

I wear an 11.5 and don’t notice any issues. I wear pretty normal shoes also so not sure.

I wear an 11, and usually wear Vans, or Nike Blazers, so nothing chonky.

I also experienced this issue. However, I think you'll find that you get used to it, and now I rarely notice it happens anymore.

Size 12.5, when I drive it I usually wear Nike SB shoes which are Vans-like. Never have any issues with my foot catching unless I wear boots and such.

Size 13 here, also wear Nike sb dunk lows. Best driving shoe besides driving shoes imo.

0 clutch issues in the footwell.

Move your foot down to use ball of foot on clutch pedal.

That seems to work. It's probably just a matter of building muscle memory to do that.

That's a real statement if I ever saw one.

I wear size 12 EE (double wides), and I can manage the clutch. It can be done. But there's nothing wrong with getting a good pair of driving shoes.
