245 Square Setup

My car came with a 225 square setup, but I'm considering going wider.

Have people run a 245 square setup and if so how have you liked it?

I have a 255/35 square set up...love it! Highly recommend it. The turn-in and braking improvements are vast over the 225s.

8.5" rims with 30 ET. However, I have RWD, your xDrive may have different clearance concerns.(?)

I'm running 19x9.5 ET25 w/ 265/35 square setup on xDrive. just needed a 5mm spacer up front (and get longer bolts) and no other clearance issues on stock suspension. I'm assuming the 240 has the same suspension setup as the 230

What tires are you running? Was it rubbing without the spacer, or you just got it as a precaution?

Does the wheel stick out? Curious to see what 25 offset plus a spacer looks like? Any pics you can share?

it fits pretty well with the ZTK flares, though maybe a bit more negative camber would make it a perfect fit.

So mine didn't come with the performance package but I am on RWD. Thinking of going with Conti EC Sport 2s, the options I think are between 235/40/19 or 245/35/19 on my stock 8" squared setup.

I think the latter makes more sense?

Curious if the 245 option is still possible with lowering springs?
