Sorry for the delay but here is my update: After getting my dealer's shop foreman involved, the mechanic removed some panels, used felt and other approved techniques to stop the rattles/squeaks. They had the car for almost a week and upon pickup, I noticed that most of the noises have disappeared/dissipated (except over really rough roads). I still have an occasional, plastic sounding squeak/pop by my driver's side seatbelt anchor. I think that the cheap plastic that BMW is now using is the cause of this. The noises did seem to diminish after the extreme cold snap that we had here in the DC area. A fellow Bimmer (E90 M3) friend of mine mentioned that the interior could have its own "break in" cycle to go through and the problem may resolve itself with time and temperature variations. I've noticed that over the years my 335i's squeak/rattle issues (addressed multiple times with varying results) have mostly disappeared with age. My next service is the annual inspection in September. I told my SA that I would keep her up to date and address anything new/continuing at that time.
