Full tank range.

I use to be getting 320 miles on estimate range when I fill up. Now I get around 250 on estimate range.

What are you guys getting when your tank are full?

Range is a poor measure. Use mpg - and that will vary significantly due to environmental factors.

But to your question, around 200 to 250 miles. City driving and pressing the loud pedal makes a big difference

All depends on recent history, I've had 300, I've had 400. Got 500 out of a tank but wasn't the estimate.
(edited, 500 estimate was in my F40)

I've found the tank is 14 gallons and I usually average 26mpg. (mostly city)
So the range should be ~365 miles

Find that hard to believe unless your city is very hot and has very few stop starts and you are always in eco poo.

Anyway, the real pain with this car is nagging you at 50 miles remaining range to fill up again.

It's about 80% city. Also 3 gals of E85. It's probably closer to 25mpg.
I drive in Sport Ind w/ comfort trans. I don't get on it much.

We don’t get E85 in the UK. I’ve run the car only on Shell V power (99 Ron<5% ethanol) since new.

I get around 330 miles per tank of 93. 90% of those miles are highway.

JoeyJoeJo got it right in that the range is estimated by recent milage. I just did a highway trip of a 120 + of highway miles in my 230i and my app is saying that I have 331 miles of range left, so 450+ of range for the full tank. Your range is going to going to drop in the winter, all things considered.....

I apologize, I didn't see anywhere in the title or thread that it was only 240I.

I was just assuming that someone who owned a 220 or 230 might also be looking at this thread and contributed, noting that I owned and 230i.

Anything between 500-700 km (310-430 miles) displayed range which is pretty accurate from what I can tell. I have tried different Super Plus varieties (98 RON from any station, 100 RON from Shell, 102 RON from Aral/BP) and they do not make a difference in fuel consumption or felt power delivery.

My best was around 520 miles. Driving all highway in Eco pro. Arrived at my destination with the estimated range in the single digits.

Car was very angry with a yellow warning message covering part of the tach

Once you get under 50 miles the tank drains much faster for some reason.

Once the range goes under 30 miles the warning message doesn’t go away.

But after driving for 8 hours, I just wanted to finish the drive

50 to 30 warning seems to come on very quickly

I have a feeling they try to make it dummy-proof so people are less likely to run out of gas
