I hope you do but be aware that there's a big difference between Hebraïc and Texas brisket.

You would probably be correct if you ate it every day and twice on Sunday but once in a while, it's a treat. And eating Aspartame, the equivalent of several pounds to lab rats, will probably cause cancer.

Risotto!

Flavor: wow!

Fairly traditional risotto with onion, garlic, rosemary and chicken stock.

I took the extra time at the end for mantecura - working butter and cheese into the risotto at the end to give extra creaminess and flavor. Big success!

Garlic isn’t strictly traditional but I wanted some garlic, so I used it! Plan 1 hour for preparation. Risotto is a “can’t leave the stove” item if it is prepared in an uncovered pan in the traditional way.
