The view from the office today. I snuck out early because the bridges are a traffic nightmare after 3:30 on days like this. A 25 minute commute can easily turn into two or three hours.

In stark contrast to GarySL's photo above this was the view from the "Office" yesterday. A mere -11c (12f) with a stiff breeze making it feel like -21c (-6f).
A good day to be in the "Office", not outside. Oh, and that is salt water with all that ice in it.

Stirling Castle above the River Forth in Scotland was a favorite among Scottish kings and queens and the scene of many battles with the English. Parts of the castle date to the 13th century, but most date to the 15th and 16th centuries.
