I tend to notice nicer cars, but I work in an area where Bentleys, Astons, Lambos, 911 turbos, and F430s are unusually common. I don't think I've ever had a "neener" moment that I can recall. The closest thing I can think of to a "neener" moment is when I see a bunch of drunk and/or wild kids screaming at people with the windows down, or driving like complete idiots, get pulled over. That usually makes me laugh and feel all warm inside. Of course, those cases are few and far between.

I always give a thumbs up and acknowledge other BMW drivers, M or not. They are all great cars and its nice to be part of the BMW community. I guess the E9x M is still pretty rare in my parts, so I always get people looking and pointing at my car. Some guy in a vette stopped next to me at a light and was asking all about it, another guy in a 911 gave the thumbs up, caught two chicks taking pictures with my car. So not gonna lie, I do kind of enjoy the attention a lil bit..hahahah...so occasionally I do get the "neener" feeling. Than I see an F430 scud, and my tail goes in between my legs.....but its ok....mabye one day!
