I'm looking to add some new stuff to my playlist for the gym.

What do you have for suggestions for songs that make you wanna punch someone in the face?

I generally don't go for slipknot and I hate screaming nonsense that you can't even make out what the hell they're saying but these are a few good ones that you can go off of for suggestions;

Slipknot: "Psychosocial"

Rob Zombie: "War zone"

I like these two because they belong to the Punisher soundtrack which pumps me up because I think of fucked up shit when I work out, like someone trying to hurt my family. It may sound weird but a lot of intense athletes and soldiers/marines use that as motivation.

I prefer aggressive and angry undertones, like Tool and Chevelle. Lots of pent up potential energy in the music/lyrics without the screaming or clamor. Current personal favorite is "Shameful Metaphors" by Chevelle.... Very pent-up aggression type of song, and the lyrics/meaning hit home for me, so it easily gets me pumped. Finding those songs that make you angry, rather than picking an "angry" sounding song, is generally most effective for me.
