i have seen that quite a few members on here are from canada and more specifically a few from vancouver. i am going to vancouver in about a month and was wondering what you guys who are familiar with the place think good place to go are. i will be going to some museums, parks, just exploring the city and its surroundings. what are some things i should do there, and as short trips outside the city?

1)Brandy's....Its the strip joint where Ben Afflect "supposedly" cheated on JLo. haha
2)Stanley Park...but its probably ugly right now since those wind storms knocked most of the trees down. Its a must for "cruisin"
3)Cruise down Robson st in downtown...plenty of good shopping there.
4)Davie st...has a really good greek restaurant called "TAKIS"
5)Denman st...has some really good restaurants as well and at the end of the street theres a beach called english bay!
6)Spanish banks....really nice beach with views of downtown.
7)Kitsalano beach...nice beach...lol
8)Granville Island...really cool place to eat and shop for souveniers.
9)West 4th st...Some more good shopping and eating...if you like really good burgers go to "tatlows".
10)Yaletown...thats where all the "ballers" live...high rises in downtown...really trendy restaurants and shops...make sure u visit yaletown brewery.

Outside of vancouver...go to richmond if you like asian food. They have the most selecion of asian food anywhere. Make sure you got to #9 for chinese food...open 24hrs and if you like japanese food go to Sui Sha ya....$11.95 all you can eat

Off the to of my head.....thats all i can think of. HAVE A AWESOME TRIP!!!!

Btw...I live in calgary now...haha
