Help me out with a bathroom divider suggestion
I want to put up a divider between my bathroom and my room, I want something that's unique. Not just a shower curtain or something. I am pretty good with my hands and can make shit happen if the idea is good. Right now I am thinking about maybe a swing bar door or some kind of slide out from the wall. I don't want it too see thru tho as the only requirement.
bar door like this? Space dimensions 39"w X 95"h heres what the space looks like view from outside my room view from inside my room |

I think I can make a few suggestions but you have to answer a couple of questions first :
1. Is "smell blockage" one of the criteria? 2. Will seeing your significant other (or a future one) sitting on the john a deal breaker or a turn on? |

2. I def want blockage for the tri point area while 1 is standing. The significant other is not the problem, the problem is my grandparents are moving into my living room for a while due to hip problems that prevents them from going upstairs. And the only shower downstairs is in my bathroom in my room. I want some kind of blockage because they don't like locking doors and the last thing I want is to see my grandpas dong or granny tits. So the minimum requirement is... tripoint blockage, can be bigger but can't be smaller. Unique, prefer modern, but will consider all options keep my cost under $100 if possible. |

What about a single stall door, like Mr. Ed used to talk over, but just mounted a bit higher. "Hey, check your barn door!" It's called a stall for a reason

That's not exactly a pocket door - you will see at the top that it's mounted to the wall.

Also, I really want to step outside of the box and get away from dangling curtain types, just so...ordinary. |
