I have the 3GS now, but I think I'll probably get something similar to the Droid incredible for my next phone, or the latest version of it. I can't stand AT&T, can't even get service in my own house. I have to use Skype to make calls..

Should i get a 3gs? im gng to wsop for a month and i hate this samsung im typing on now. its 97 bucks at walmart i think and can always sellit and buy the 4g.

It's called a 2 year contract.

Yeah buying it andreturning it and paying the 10% restocking fee is a much better idea but that is though at&t directly

It is through where ever you bought it from. So if you bought it at an Apple Store, you return it to the Apple Store, buy it at an AT&T Store, return it there ,etc.

And I did just remember. You do have 30 days to return it before you get that ETF. But, I say wait it out. It's two weeks until it is unveiled and there is a rumor of it being released the same day/week.
