Quality Bathroom Scales
Its time to replace my bathroom scale. Anybody have input on quality brands? I'm training for endurance sports so body fat percentage would be nice, but not required.
What are the most reliable brands to look at? |

A scale won't accurately measure your body fat

This and hes right; scales arent accurate. Stick to dunk tanks and someone trained to use calipers.

Good grief, are they accurate? Not really, but they do let you trend, and in that, they're relatively consistent. It's certainly better than not having anything or only getting monthly data points. I have an older Tanita, it works well, I'm sure newer ones work better.
