MAX had nothing to lose and McLaren let him the room to try it on the inside of T1.
Without his contact with Piastri , MAX would be P2 in T1 .

It's always easy the speak afterwards , but MAX had a big chance to win this race .

Not only did Ham pass him, Russell finished ahead of Max. And Max was bottling the race by crashing into people.

Watched that on a delay - great final race for the season. Great race by Gasly, amazing work by Leclerc, good to see Lewis get the bit between his teeth. Probably one to forget for RB. Kudos for a flawless race from Lando and solid farewell for Carlos - he’s a class act.

Been fun participating in the banter round here - 25 should be a great season.
