9/7 production started

Looks like a bunch of us went into 150 status today. My allocation of July 28 went into 150 with a production date of 09/19. Hoping for an early to mid October delivery. It seems like I am hearing a lot of chatter of delays at port. Let's cross our fingers.

I would expect at least 30 days if not more once you reach 165, unless the stars align perfectly.

This is driving me bananas. Alloc on July 28 and still order received and I see alloc's past mine going into production already.

What was your production week / date though? That's the determining factor not the allocation date.

Yeah, production date wasn't until week 41, Oct.8. I don't have an issue with that and it seems like the norm, but then I hear someone gets and allocation and their car goes right into production and it makes my butt hurt. Don't get me wrong happy for those folks but darnit I'd like a little gratification too

I had an 8/28 build day (been ready for transport for a week now), and my CA is saying early to mid October is when my car is expected to show.

So your timeline may be a bit optimistic haha.

You and me both. July 29 allocation/order accepted.

My tentative production week was #40 then moved to #42, then apparently (according to genius) is now back to #40.

But stuck on order received - not even production scheduled (112) yet, let alone 150.

How much room do they have at the port to keep building cars just to have them sit for weeks or months on end…?

Check to see if you had any updates today. My Aug 1st allocation just changed to 112 this morning. I wasn't expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise.

Welcome to the party, friend. I got my allocation on June 5th and only hit scheduled for production (for the fourth time) this morning for Week 40 build. I recommend you take a deep breath, temper your expectations, and buckle up for the emotional rollercoaster you have just boarded.

Indeed. At around midnight Mexico time, I finally went to 112 - production scheduled. Checked with my CA target production week 40 - early Oct.

I'm thinking a shipment of parts arrived and they went ahead and scheduled ours.

Maybe I got moved up to Week 40 as well.

My 2024MY has been sitting at "Ready for transport" for at least 2 1/2 weeks now and I know there is still 2023 cars that haven't been shipped. I was hoping I would have it by the end of September but I doubt that now.
