C4 for about a year now. Need to switch it up, but this seems to work well enough for me now.
Get the double pack from Costco for cheap. Tried some musclepharm stuff, but i would have to stop mid workout to destroy the bathroom everytime i took it. |

You guys should look into superbio freak. Stack it with a vasodilator, some bcaas intraworkout, an isowhey post work out shake and call it a day.
Warning, you may feel inclined to go to seaworld and punch shamu in the face.

Global formula still uses DMAA in their preworkouts so I stocked up while I could

If you guys want the highest quality supplements on the market I would highly suggest the JYM product line, by Jim Stoppani. Absolutely no proprietary blends and have the exact amounts of ingredients that are quintessential for growth, repair and sustenance. He has a pre-workout, post workout complex (Matrix and Fast Digesting Carb), Protein (contains egg white protein, whey and casein), multi-vitamin, fat burner, testosterone supporter, ZMAs, and Fish Oil. I can attest to the fact that they are by far the greatest supplements available on the market today.

My preworkout is pure or "L" (natural/bioavailable) form amino acids; taurine, beta alanine, glycine, glutamine, and the rest of the essential amino acids. I also make sure I've eaten a small amount of food about an hour before, leaving it time to digest some .
If you like creatine consider going the kre-alkalyn route, I've never used it but I heard it's better than others. Do your research though, with creatine you need tons of water otherwise it's proven to be bad for your liver. Happy exercising! |

Best flavor is lemon drop, worst by far is blueberry pomegranate, I actually threw most of it away because it was so disgusting. Don't expect stim-like energy levels from those, but they do help with focus. I work out after work and can't sleep if I take caffeine after 3pm. |
