I talked to my SA yesterday and asked what's his best guess when it will end up at the dealer from what he has experienced recently and he said he would expect by the end of next week.

He also said he is going to keep a close eye on it each day and let me know as soon as he has an update.

I would believe your SA’s prediction. I saw an old post from g20 forum, from VPC to local dealership took them a week. So we can look forward the end of next week.

I'm seeing 9:30 on marinetraffic.com it's actually pretty close on the map there.
I mean 9:30 - 11:30 not sure anything is going to happen until tomorrow either way. I just hope I get my car next week!! My BMW dealer is about 1hr and half away from the port hopefully it finds its way on a truck fast.

I wonder how long the cars stay at the port. Do any of you guys have any port installed accessories going on? I do, I wonder how much time that adds.

A few of us have been at the port for almost two weeks without getting accessories added. Some were there for a few days

You would have selected them as option at the dealer when you ordered your car. I ordered the M Performance carbon front lip and spoiler and the door light things, forget what they're called.

picked up my M240i from the dealer today and god damn, the car is bigger is person lol. especially the ZTK brakes! way bigger than the pictures make them seem. it was well worth the wait tbh, drove home and around town in sport plus and it was awesome. I don't think I would use any other mode tbh.

Quick clarification question - it flips back to at the port when it arrives and then back to in transit when the carrier picks it up to head to the dealer?

what's wrong with driving it in sports plus? it shifts around 3k which is perfect for the break-in period and there is nothing against it in the owner's manual.

You guys!! I think I have an update for all of our cars. So my manager heard back from the VPC, apparently about 150 or so cars were way dirtier than expected, and are receiving full details to make sure there aren't any scratches or any other damage to them. So the hold up is the fact that they're fully detailing 150 cars, which would probably explain why some of you have started to see your cars move incrementally, almost one or two a day or so. Apparently I will be getting the car by the end of the month! At least I hope lol I am taking this with a grain of salt.

Just catching up on this thread now. Wow, cars just getting cleaned was literally the last thing on my list of what could possibly be holding them up haha. yes, taking with a grain of salt too, but not terrible! I see a new ship has arrived in NJ, hoping transportation co prioritizes our cars first (although I want everyone else to get through VPC in half the time it's taking us!)
