I was hoping to have BMW install them at the port because I am nervous putting them on myself (I can see myself braking one of the clips) but at that price...OEM it is. Aftmarkets prices are between $500 to $600 for the pair. Heck even going to places like Get BMW Parts sells them for $800 to $900 each...YIKES.

Put down my deposit on a Twilight purple Auto with silver wheels! Waiting on my CA to get back with me about adding MP HAS. My CA says I could be waiting up to six months, which is fine as I’ll have even more money saved for upgrades when delivery happens!

That has been my thought process as well. As long as I have an allocation I don’t mind the wait.

UPDATE: Just got my confirmed production week for my Individual M2 order. Unfortunately, I also received a lengthy delay from my original production date (week 32.) I got a 10 week delay and the car will now be built during week 42 which means I would be lucky to see this car before December. Really sucks tbh. I got one of the first allocations and don't see how these 4 colors should give us the same delay as a car coming from a full Individual program in Germany. I digress, it is what it is. Only option to expedite things would be to switch to a standard color, but I don't see myself doing that.
