Because BMW is incorporated in the US and EU? They fall under the jurisdiction of the countries where their financial transactions ultimately culminate. Cartels are designated as terrorist organizations by the U.S. and Interpol.

If the economy does not take a major dump prior to your delivery, you will certainly be able to flip it for a substantial profit. As usual there will be many individuals willing to pay the price instead of waiting. “I have got to have it now!”

How would they enforce that? Have you sign a legal document stating such? If not, when you have fully paid for the vehicle and it is titled in your name it is legally yours to do as you see fit. They have zero repercussion.

Once the lien has been processed and in the hands of the lender they, dealer is SOL.

The lien holder will have total control once the loan is processed as the lender will hold the physical vehicle title until the loan has been paid in full.

Any written stipulation to not resell the vehicle in a certain amount of time would have to be disclosed prior to completing the sale.
