Dang, called the Genius line and was told I am still at 160 (since 6/24); did not make the ship that left yesterday. One is scheduled for tomorrow; sure hope I make it. Next not until 8/2.

Another Portland area guy! Unfortunately waiting is part of the game. Averaging almost 2 months from start of production until delivery.

So based on what my dealer just sent me, there was a 2-day lag from my actual completion date (6/22) to when it appeared on My Garage (6/24). Also, it is showing it left the plant the day after completion (165), which obviously the website has not been showing. So, it's likely been setting at the port for at least 19 days but didn't make yesterday's ship. Better make tomorrow's!

24-48 hours is par for the course. Seems odd in this modern digital age but it is what it is. Once In Transit thru the final stages (back and forth between At the Port & In Transit again) the updates are real time.

I would guess the plant updates go to BMWUSA to make the website updates, since the plant is not involved in all phases of the order and delivery process.

I would agree if the car was still being produced. What I'm saying is that mine was done and is just sitting there while his was just starting production. Yet his is already shipped and being delivered to the actual dealer while mine continues to collect dust in mexico somewhere.

Looks like they are in Texas, do cars there still have to take a boat or do they send them on a truck across the border? If so that could be why theirs went fast.

Well, I made a ship, Taurus Leader which left 7/12 (2 days late) and due into to Port Hueneme ~7/20. Good news for me and probably mzimand, and maybe others in the West! CA says about 10 working days to Portland, so they'll see it around 8/3.

My status finally updated on the app, though I’m pretty sure my car has been finished since 6/16. Confirmed I don’t have any stop sales.

Hopefully I make it on the 7/16(?) boat, my CA said they have a lot of cars that have been waiting on carrier assignment.

*Edit* - apparently a ship for the east coast left on 7/14... that's the day I talked to my CA and it was still at port. I'll have to bug him again
