Got to be careful going too dark on the windshield. While it's great for glare and heat reduction(assuming you do a high quality anti uv/ir film) etc it can also get unwanted attention depending on local regulation.

Sounds so much fruitier, deeper and louder. The pops and bangs are significantly more pronounced on the G87 compared to the G80. Don’t know how I feel about them though!

In Florida, your insurance (as long as you have comprehensive) covers it with no deductible and without it being a claim.

He had another client there and he knew me and what we were doing so no sense in keeping me waiting.

The camera adjustment is because with the new windshield, they need to calibrate it, and the glass shop can’t.

The software update isn’t something I need, but my advisor said my car is in a “recall” for telematics update. Something to do with digital key… which won’t affect it anyway.
But secretly I’m enjoying getting all new updated software (I have no issues currently).
Even more secretly I am hoping it’ll enable the digital key for my car (sweet dream).

Are the additional items why it wasn’t a same day affair? Or do they do things differently up there in Wildfire land?

Also highly recommended Detail Boss or Cactus Tint if you're in the valley. Both in North Scottsdale both do a great job. Have had multiple vehicles go through both. The G87 will be going to Detail Boss though since they will be doing ppf, ceramic coating and tint all at the same time and Cactus doesn't do ceramic coating.
