Sadly it’s pushed back my expected delivery date from week 11 to week 14, which makes me think it’s on Sirius Highway as that’s due to Southampton on 10th March. I know my CA wants delivery in March so it goes into Q1 numbers so hopefully he can pull some strings. |

I was told that once the vehicle is actually on the ship, the timing is a bit more predictable. So if they pushed delivery, it may be a pretty good guess...which means Q1 would be missed. But, who knows? |

1/31 - MyGarage shows 111, I was told week 11 for production. 2/8 - 112, scheduled for production. 2/16 - 150, production scheduled for 3/4/2024 via Chrome. VIN shows too. |

Yes I think it's Bremhaven, but after that? The dealer told me something about transport to Austria and then to them (Czech Republic). I will check with the dealer next week or the week after, as it could be probably off the ship that week.

Tracking cars between leaving factory and arriving at the dealership is extremely difficult because most of the logistics industry still operates in the 1980s and car manufacturers have no financial reason to make the experience any better. |

My CA called to say my car is at the port in Galveston this morning.
I just checked the website, and it says it is "in transit" (status 195) as well! I had been checking the website a couple of times a day, and hadn't seen anything other than "ready for transport" (status 165). Now, we wait to see how long it takes at the port for the port installed accessories. I never even found out that my car was on a ship or anything... EDIT: I wanted to double check and make sure which of the "in transit" steps I was on: before being on the ship, or after. So I called the Genius and they said I've been on a vessel since the 16th and was due to land today. Ship name: ARC Resolve So it's confirmed that my car is at the stateside port. Hi All,
I just put a deposit down yesterday to get on the list for the M2. The rep said that it is approximately a year wait with 4 people ahead of me. I do not mind waiting but I do have a few questions for the people on this thread who have been through the process. Roughly how long after getting an allocation does the car go into production? Once in production how long till the car is delivered? Is this something like 3 to 4 months or longer? Any information you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated. |

So at least for me the production date is literally when it will hit the assembly line and be built, the mygarage chrome trick extension is neat side note, how annoying is the blue caliper bug on the mygarage site lol edit: hit code 160 (final assembly on tracker but code is "vehicle handover from factory to sales") so it took ~24 hours Last edited by iifymbro; 02-22-2024 at 11:44 AM.. |

Yes if you want to go buy one already built and you are taking on whatever it is in terms of color, options, etc. If someone wants to go through the process of building their own to their exact spec some dealers have a long lead time. I also wonder how many of the available M2's at dealers are from people backing out of the purchase.

The only reason I saw one in person locally was because someone backed out, and that was in November. |
