Man, looks like the dip yesterday was heartily bought today. I was getting excited we were in for a correction. Oh well, I'd better not get my hopes up until we are in a full fledged bear market (whenever that may be).

Volume analysis is very crucial to technical trading. Does anybody have good links to learn more about volume based trading?

P(t,v) Cartesian I will let people use/apply their imagination and/or math skills to apply. I can't think of any. There are tons of materials you can use volume as a variables. You can also apply traditional math function after mathcad/mathlab for further than "typical" technical. (like this guy. http://mechonomic.blogspot.ru/) |

for serious traders, using delta and swap charts very helpful.
Anyone remember HCLP and SLCA I recommended awhile back?...chart those...still liking the DDD I picked up close to the bottom....still holding SGLB which isn't doing anything. VJET moving again. I am glad most on here isn't foolish enough the mention the word bear, I will let ya know when its time!... |

Going back to ^VIX and its variants of index funds (incl 2x, etc).
When the intraday chart is diverging negatively , ^VIX would be a good trade would be a good trade. Even converging negatively, it can be okay. I've seen people who made $ on ^VIX variant index funds on a bull market. TVIX would be better than Bear index funds during bull market for sure. |
