Damn.. I wish serra didn't hurt his back I wanted to see him and hughes go at it. I think serra has a chance against hughes but wrestling wise hughes will overpower him..

On the ground I think they both are great but I have to give the edge to BJ for the experience but Joe Steveson is very well rounded imo but he hasn't fought the caliper of fighter's that Bj has.

BJ is on a totally different level. It's usually his conditioning that is suspect. He is called the Prodigy for a reason.

no. did TKD for a year so i love the exotic kicks. good work out. i want to try capoeira.

mantis has no high kicks at all, except for like 1 tornado kick. so im missing that action

you should meet my friend he was really into learning jkd and the bruce lee method's he has been into martial arts his whole life usually he gets me to try new stuff capo I think is more of a workout then anything can't really use it in a fight.

i dont want it for a real fight. just for exercise/fun that's about it.

For real fight i dont think most martial arts are too effective these days anyway...

Anyone heard anything about brock lesner (

spelling)? When will his first fight be in the UFC and who will be his opponent? He reminds me of mike tyson and it seems like he can go off anytime. The guy is very intense and not sure how he is going to control his emotion in the octagon and keep his cool.

As you have seen Houston Alexander first match on live TV did not turn out that great. The guy is in great shape but you got to have a ground game. You cannot be one dimensional in the UFC. I hope Houston will get more ground training.

I love MMA for about two yrs now. Ive been practicing it for about 2 yrs now and its slowly becoming a passion. Just my carrer and bills r more important for me to be able to train as much as i would like too.

Brock is going to be fighting former heavy champion Frank Mir next year I don't know how he is going to do in the UFC coming from WWF we'll see though.
