I'm not in CA and still not quite clear on what this plate is. Yesterday I talked to the officer that sponsored the plate and he told me this is a plate you cannot buy. In my state anyone that wants to buy a memorial LE plate can do so by allocating a donation with plate registration.

How about TVC 15? or your birth year/anniversary date, etc.
I can feel your dilemma - I'd want to sport a police-friendly plate too, but I'm in the 'vanity plates are kinda douchy' camp. |

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of vanity plates but I've been told it has gotten ppl out of tickets and I'm a huge fan of that.
