everyone should eat breakfast no matter how big or small the meal is. It kick starts your metabolism and gives you energy. For those of you wanting to lose weight then breakfast is a must. I'm just spitting out information i read on various sites and magazines.

Not hard at all.

A great healthy cereal is Puffed Wheat. Buy the store brand, it's only $.99. More expensive, but Kashi has some good cereals. Or eat a piece of fruit, or nuke some Oatmeal (the plain jane stuff in the big jar). I enjoy Oatmeal with Sugar Free Syrup and cinnamin. Great stuff. |

Uhhhh yea. I work in Manhattan, ever been there? If you have then you should know supermarkets are almost nonexistent. Some fruit but i wouldnt trust most of it. And cereal is not that healthy for you, check the labels. |

They do have the them in Manhattan just not like in the suburbs. You can drive 20 blocks and not see a King Kullen, Shor Rite, Met, etc. |
