Not to mention, I am pretty sure that everyone (myself included) who shared part numbers did so because we tried the part and it fit just fine. Just a thought.

24a and 19a do not fit

There is no way they would ever fit, and the design of the connector is same on any model year.

I can vouch for my own experience in the post above where I listed the ones that I used (and are currently on my 2022 G42 M240i)

BOSCH 22OE ICON Premium Beam Wiper Blade; 22" - Single
BOSCH 18OE ICON Premium Beam Wiper Blade; 18" - Single

Someone replied that those weren't the correct sizes but they look and work just fine for my needs, covering the entire windshield and ensuring full visibility in the rain.

Right, and I was not referring to you when I said "people posting the wrong part numbers"

I have ordered the oe versions, I will not get my $50 back on the wrong ones though and the posts citing those part numbers should be edited or deleted.

I ordered Bosch AeroTwin A929S from FCPEuro based on reading that they fit the G42, can anyone weigh in?

They are 19” and 24”

Edit: Bosch’s site says this model blade fits a 2022 M240.

Edit2: These DO NOT fit.

Some people aren't bothered when it's an inch or two shorter, others prefer the longer length.

We're talking about wiper blades, right?

I agree, the one saying it work doesn't work, I didn't force it but yeah I'm returning them.

I hate to buy from the dealership but I will end up doing that

You need to buy the OE instead of the A

A model does not fit.

I will confirm the 24OE19OE fit tomorrow when they arrive.

Didn't order these because Amazon fit check stated they do not work with the 2023 M240i.

Amazon says nothing fits, so thats not the main reason not to order.

Bosch Icon 24OE & 19OE fit, I have them on my car with no issues for the last 6 or so months.

You specifically need the OE. That's for the connector type. The A type does not fit.

I also confirm the actual blade lengths are 24" and 19". I measured them against the original OEM wipers from when I received the car, and I measured with a tape measure.

I can confirm, that 24OE and 19OE fit perfectly, out of the box, with no changes or setup to the connector.

Thanks to those who also posted to correct info (lol)

I confirmed today that these do not fit. The style of the connector is the same but the connector fitment isnt 100%. I got the drivers side in but couldnt get the passenger side for some reason and while trying to lock it in the connector tab broke. As pictured, it isnt pefect but felt plenty secure. I am tossing these in the trash and will order another set, once I find a 110% confirmed fitting part.

Definitive answer

Definitive answer for which Bosch wiper works. (Seeing is believing)

I bought a set for the 24A19A that it doesn't work, then somebody here posted that the OE will work and I decided to give it a try.

After receiving them today and on a rainy day I got to tried them and here the results:

1. 24OE19OE fits
2. The passenger one leave a small streak, working good on the driver's side
3. They're louder than the OEMs
4. the driver side shakes a bit at the lower part of the wiper/windshield
5. Bosch ones have a smaller wing in the connector which hopefully it is not a problem long term

Here some pics

It’s really annoying that something as simple as wiper blades are this difficult. May just buy replacements at the stealership. Or maybe bmwpartshub

I got to use the icons for the first time in the rain today, silent, incredible performance, wasn't really expecting to notice such a difference from brand new OEM blades... but results don't lie.

My windshield is ceramic coated, but that shouldn't make a difference.

Did those snap in as easy & clean as the oem ones?

The Boschs I bought had similar connections to what you pictured with the snaller tabs opposed to the longer striped ones like OEM but I still had to put a decent amount of force to get the drivers side to lock in and could not get the passenger side to lock into place.

The tab at the end has to be pushed all the way in and it's a bit tight on the bosch connector. If you didn't have that tab pushed all the way in I could see how it would strain the clips on the underside.

The bosch ones didn't click in as easily as oem did, but they do work and hold fine.
