But if we read something here without knowing anything about it, it's just not nice.
My friend - i had already explained privately that i will go thru the seller if i want to return it. And when you suggested this was not your original part, i showed you photos of the protective wrapping with your own logo tape.

To be fair - I do not believe this particular item is gloss coated outside of your manufacturing control since it arrived sealed with A-N tape. do i have the wrong understanding? if i do, that is on me.

perhaps it is a communication break down, but I did not appreciate being accused of faking this feedback. I also do not want to cause the dealer issues for something out of his control. of course, no one can sell perfect finish 100% of the time. as i said, i bought your product despite the extra cost cos of the great reviews on quality.

the rude comments here are of course NOT due to you, that is on the individuals here. ironically, you have never claimed this is acceptable finish, and i appreciate that. - its been others who have been trying to justify with nasty comments.

i trust you hold your own products to higher standard than what these commenters make out - but in my situation it is just too expensive (repeat import duties, etc) even if you are willing to exchange it. i note at least one person on this thread that is a real customer and very happy with his purchase, so i take it as poor luck for me. And i hope you respect my right to share my experience, just as you have every right to respond that you would take care of it if provided the needed information.

and if anything, i advise anyone buying parts, regardless of how high quality they typically are, to choose a dealer that can manage any returns (and costs) on your behalf. i've learnt my lesson for sure.

and to everyone else who just want to make nasty remarks, may the CF gods bless you with fixer-upper quality parts for the rest of your lives... since thats what seems to give you joy. It's been a real eye opener.
