I think the collective internet should have realized by now that it is exceptionally hard to properly photograph red. Without a white balance card and control you basically cant do it.
So whenever you see a photo of a red car, just remember that its like a 95% chance it didnt even look like it does in the picture to the person taking the picture, and it certainly doesnt look the same on your PC/phone display as it did when they took the picture. Results of photos will vary wildly.

That's a great question that I don't currently have the answer to. It was on the car when I bought it. I'm probably going to replace it as it's not dark enough & doesn't block enough UVs (my face gets hot when the sun is shining in on a long drive).

I really don't care if you like the color or not, but to look at this and declare "it looks plum", means you're colorblind. And that's okay. Just stating a fact.

It's pretty defensive to say that something that is objectively correct, and visible to all, is incorrect and that the other person "must be colorblind"
To be clear, I think vegas red looks fanntastic, but in overcast light it most certainly has a plum tone to it.

Haha, cmon now. We are not arguing, we aren’t discussing minutia either. We are describing color. You have a nice car you should be proud of. It just happens to be plum.
