Intake I am going to do myself, but I am willing to pay the extra for the exhaust install just because I simply do not have the tools, or jacks to do it at my house. Just moved recently and would rather have it done right so I am fine paying a little more for a nice reputable shop to get it done. But, I realized the intake is extremely straight forward and will get that done with a buddy soon.

I will caution you a couple things
No exhaust fits perfectly on every car, even high end ones. You will probably have more fitment discrepancies with this one than an exahust that came from a "drop shipper" as the drop shippers do actually jig up the exhaust to make sure its right before they send it on to the customer. Shops that do exhaust installs do not have a standard process of how they do these, and they may just wing it without telling you how they plan to modify the exhaust to get it to fit. I've had good highly recomended shops completely botch exhaust component installs. Guess how I got into installing all those types of components myself? If you dont currently feel comfortable doing the exhaust install, or doing an intake install, under your own direction I would expect to get comfortable real quick unless you are ok with "we cant get it to fit right and we tried our best" as the result of the shop installing the exhaust, and then you either fix it yourself or leave it askew/rattling/leaking. I sincerely hope the result is better than what I just described, but it certainly could end up that way.

I kid you not I used this as an excuse to replace my inside toolbox when I could not find the tools to rebuild some shelves and bookcase. The end goal is to finally clean out the garage with all of the trash and boxes that moving comes with so I can fit a toolbox in there.

While I'm sure pricing has a lot to do with it, you also need to know what the available sources of the tubing they use are. When entire industrial areas move out of country, sometimes you can no longer get the source material in country in a reasonable lead time.
Or they could be buying it for 1/3rd the price of steel from the us just because its cheaper. Point is simply the act of buying from foreign suppliers isn't the full story.
