Given the abominations that came from BMW in the last couple years, this isn’t bad at all, if it ends up looking like this.

It’s not beautiful, but at least it’s not offensively ugly.

Kiaposters are one of the oldest trolls group in bimmerpost. They've been around since I've joined with my previous account in 2008.

Whenever there is a new BMW, these people post a picture of a random Kia that looks nothing like the new BMW, and suggest that the new BMW looks like that. Their psychology is hard do decipher, impossible to understand what they gain from this ridiculous sh*tposting activity.

In a recent interview with hb (below) , BMW design chief mentioned that the grill will be just like the concept car, with lights inside.
And the vents under the grill will be split from the middle.
So this render is incorrect.

Feels like a win in the current climate. Hopefully we see a return to gauges that aren’t LCD screens next.

Cross between Saab and Kia. It looks to mundane. Car out of Asia PAC. I live the G80 front bc it’s so unlike anything else. It’s artistic and bold. And matches the power output. In terms of looks, BMW shouldn’t be confused with any other brand.

Not bad, but I'm hoping the artist got the grill wrong, as I'm not feeling the rendition of the grill! Otherwise,...the other proportions look good.

If I was interested in a 3 series this would not be a deal breaker.

I would guess a revised B58. BMW gave up making model numbers match displacement a while ago.

If you mean that this looks even remotely similar to the render, you need to get your eyes checked.

It's a cross between BMW 2002, BMW 507 and old Neue Klasse.
Nothing to do with Saab and Kia - it never does.

I'm sure trolls would say BMW 507 looks like Kia. The thing is, Kia didn't exist back then.

BMW’s wheel choices have gotten pretty bad lately, imo. I don’t hate these renderings but the wheels have gotta go.

I had mulled over the idea of a ‘25 m340i, but every wheel choice is abysmal. And no, I don’t want to go the aftermarket route.

Yes, let’s go through the trouble of making a render of the next generation 3er, but leave the bumper unchanged from the G20 but change the headlights and grilles.

Of course parts of this render is going to look like complete a$$ - you’re literally taking 2 different generations of design and slapping them together thinking they won’t clash with each other.

The 3 series has never been too bad, current gen looks decent.
The abominations are 4 series and their M counter parts. Still have to see is they have an update for the better on those platforms.

Looks pretty good. I would hope the grill would have a little more separation from the headlights. BMW will pull it off and the thing will sell well.

Bimmerpost: check out my new ride (the one I commented was shitty and I could do better).
Some of us get the car despite how it looks because of how good it drives and how decent the tech is.

But recently the looks have become so bad that my wife has veto'd cars. We're in a few years old Audi RS6, I showed my wife the new M5 Touring as a possible replacement and she said absolutely not, it doesn't look good from any angle. And that's that guys, no new BMW for us.
