I'm also Status 150 -- Build date of 6/18. It will be interesting to see how long everything takes from here. Hopefully we get lucky and get straight on a boat.

Apologies if this is a dumb question but where do you all see the numerical stage (e.g. 150)?

In MyGarage under order tracking I just see the descriptive status not the fine-grained number.

In it he explains what every status number is. If you download the BMW MyGarage Trick Chrome extension, you can see the status number of your vehicle. Just loginMyBMW and go to My Garage, track your car, and then activate the extension.

Mine went into status code 150 on 6/5 with a production date of 6/20!

Same happened with my order. The VIN was assigned on 6/5 as well. Original production date was 6/25 - it hasn't moved up since the move to 6/20, though.

After my GM called and said he was given 3 M2 allocations, and to go ahead and build them out, one of the 3 was basically identical to the one I had built on the BMW site. I said, "I'll take it!" We closed the deal
on the phone. It was built on May 28th with a VIN that day, of course.

As of today it has been prepped for transport and waiting to leave to the port. Anticipated dealer arrival is by end of month or first few days in
July. I've been ordering "goodies" to be either installed at dealer or by me when in my garage.

So, this is one of the real good stories of dealer order, build and approx arrival time. I was/am lucky. My first BMW, but, not my first new car ordering or buying by a LONG shot. Looking fwd to this new
BMW experience. Never got a chance to drive one!!

Somewhat similar story here - first BMW and I've never driven an M2 or any BMW. Went into the dealer to Order on Memorial Day and the next available allocation they had was the build date of 6/25. Still playing the waiting game on it to get built and shipped but I waited much longer for a 911 992 than this so I'm no stranger to the wait.

I ordered it when I ordered my car. I don't think you can have anything installed at the port now.

You can sometimes add port installs even after your car has shipped. Have your CA check.

Since we’re both Californian I wonder if we will be getting them in through the same port? Unless they make a stop in San Diego for you then to San Pedro for Port of LA
