I like having the races in the morning. It lets me have the rest of my weekend after the races. I actually wish they were an hour earlier. Typically 9am here on eastern time.

I'm pretty lucky in flyover country for once as a lot of the races are at 8 am. Agreed, it is nice to have the rest of the day to do what you want etc.

"He lost it".. still could leave room for blaming someone else or something else. But I get it now, it was the downforce problem, not MV's fault. It never is his fault.

Kamikaze BOT at the Hungaroring isn't the same situation as today when MAX was losing it .
BOT crashed after 150 meters in the race , while MAX lost it today in a very fast corner combination (turn-6) in 'Les Combes

At 'Les Combes downforce is really required , but not in the first 150 meters from the first straight at the Hungaroring .
BOT's Kamikaze crash was a beginners mistake in the wet with cold tires and brakes .

So negative , because these 2 situations are 'completely different ..

Tomorrow Francorchamps will be wet . Currently it is raining here ...

Yes but you said BOT did it intentionally because he should have known as he is a racing driver and did that turn 100 times before, that he was going to be passed and in a downforce compromised situation and he should have slowed down earlier. But he didn't so he intentionally wanted to crash into a Red Bull (Which he didn't) and take it out by skillfully crashing into Lando first.

So you should apply your same logic there. Max should have known there would be a lack of downforce, he drove that track 100s times before and is his home track. So he crashed on purpose.

That would suck, much like when I want to watch the Wild when they are playing a west coast team and they don't start until 9 pm on a weeknight. 05:15 alarm comes way to early for that.

Yeah it just seems I may be in one of the worst time zones for the love of f1 LOL. Oh well, it's first world problems cause I just record it and move along. Bums me out though because it tends to get spoiled before I can watch.

As far as I know BOT knows the Hungaring as well , and I'm pretty sure he was aware that the track was wet .

But he was able to ram 4 cars out of the race anyway ...
