I just got off a call with BMW Genius. The person I spoke with spent an entire hour with me on the phone doing the same stuff we all have been doing in this thread. I didn't ask them to do any of it either, completely unprompted. It was an amazing contrast to the people I've spoken with previously. So I let him go as long as he wanted to spend.
Long story short, though, they don't know any more information than we do at this point in the process. They don't know what port the cars are shipped to. They don't know what ships might load. They were trained to use marinetraffic.com (equivalent to vesselfinder.com). But one piece of interesting information is that they will know when the cars have been loaded onto the ships only after they've set sail but within 1 hour of departure from port. |

This one will be interesting. Its one of the only schedule that i have seen that shows NJ on the itinerary. Surely one to keep on eye on as things seems to be picking up at both ports.

If anyone feels like getting s paid subscription to VesselFinder or MarineTraffic to better find/track tge shops, I’m willing to chip in the cost via Venmo.
I’m not sure how much a paid subscription for a month is, but if a few of us chip in, should not be much, right. I’ll be traveling internationally next 2 weeks, so won’t have the time to track. If someone feels like doing it, let us know.

I scanned the map this morning and see that Glovis Sunrise has left Brunswick and heading to Veracruz. For all you owners with cars confirmed at Veracruz, this could be your ship. It arrives on Friday. Meanwhile Glovis Cardinal now shows arrival in Brunswick on 10/29. I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel.
Can anyone show the schedule for it? I can't find one. |

Mine was in QC for 2 days, not sure about others. Honestly it kind of feels like they just missed updating the step. Have you tried calling BMW Genius?

The Sunrise is scheduled to go back up the East Coast. If it's going to Brunswick, I would expect it to show up on the 15 day outlook in Brunswick over the next week.

I’m concerned that a stop in NJ is not on the sunrise schedule but it’s going to davisville which is in rode island. The BMW VTC is in NJ

There are currently 10 ships that have left/are in port/or are coming to port in veracruz within the coming/past few days...I haven't dug into ALL of their schedules yet but who knows.

The counterpoint is that the Glovis Cardinal did do the last drop-off up the East Coast, but unfortunately, I don't know if that voyage ever showed up on the sallaum lines schedule. |
