after traveling to Mexico by way of car just a few weeks ago, I 100% agree. I will never cross the border by car again; it was such a pain in the ass, they are shady as fuck, and will try to do anything to fuck you over/mess with you. I have never had issues flying into Mexico, def won't be driving again.

Yeah well I have a good friend of mine who was born there had his Mercedes SL taken away from him while traveling through MX and he never ever got it back

As a matter of fact another mutual friend of ours tried to convince him multiple times to leave his car in Arizona and he decided to take it anyway and just after he got a few states into Mexico the police stopped him and took the car off of him saying he had no proof of ownership other than his registration which they laughed at

Don't forget about the Z3M & Z4M - both also manufactured in South Carolina.

Well, more likely fentanyl.

Not an M2, but looks like an e93.

Best hurry… Porsche is moving to mild hybird and EVs rather quickly. They and The VW Group appear in a huge rush to kill off ICE. It is already confirmed that the next Boxster and Cayman will be EV.

Sadly, it is not going to happen re Euro Delivery for U.S. customers. You can thank the 385 U.S. BMW Centers for that. They were in favor of ending the program.

BTW, In the event that the Euro delivery program miraculously returned a G87 would not be eligible for it. Only vehicles produced within Germany would be eligible.
I don't think Porsche is foolish enough to drop their program regardless

The two negatives that could kill it for me are the full digital dash like the ix or i4 and the looks. I'm just hoping its much better than the M240i. I love the current M2 but the base 2 series did nothing for me so I'm hoping the same this time.

It's definitely getting the wide screen…

Hopefully it lives up to being a true successor to the original M2

Have you sat in an i4 or iX? Or seen the M240 in person?

I personally have not seen either

If you have, what are your thoughts?

I've driven an IX and seen the new 2er and honestly, the screen is a non-issue for me. The graphics are more crisp and while the ID8 is different, you get used to it like all previous idrive iterations. The worst part is the elimination of some physical HVAC controls.

The new 2er is nice enough in person (saw one in AW)... I think the added width of the M2 and better front end will help it a great deal.

My only concern about the display is glare

If BMW nails the M2's exterior design I will definitely consider getting one

I don't care for the plain 2er so hopefully the new M2 is truly wicked by comparison
