It’s actually going to be even worse with the removal of the idrive knob with idrive 9.So most likely the LCI won’t have the idrive knob.

We already lost the shifter, soon all buttons will disappear until someone brings them back as a "retro" trend. It is very distractive to search menu items on the screen to change temps, etc. especially with all that glare!

There is nothing wrong with a 997.2 regardless of what model it is so long as it is a manual.
Edit, BTW, a base 997.2 weighs something like 3200 lbs with 345 NA HP. Nothing to scoff at, especially the weight. Agreed! |

If you listen to vinyl records and use film cameras you must really enjoy poor quality and outdated tech. Do you have rabbit ear antennas for TV? How are you even connected to the internet? I'm only saying this because you stereotyped yourself as a curmudgeon stuck in the 70's...rather needlessly I might add. Absolutely nothing up to this point has changed with the car including the screen that was shown five months ago...why is it a surprise now? |

I didn’t mean it condescendingly. I just know a lot of people who say the same things about themselves and they all drive older Porsches. Lol.

I'll always be in the market for an NA Carrera S with manual transmission. Preferably one with the factory power kit as rare as they are. |

They are coveted for a reason, like older M cars. A fully analog era that will never return. Also why their values are continually increasing. Not everyone desires the full on digital experience and there is nothing wrong with that. Quote:
Sounds like you want a GTS. They are rather scarce especially with the manual. These days they are bringing silly money. You could have two G87s. |

Pretty sure that the 19s were standard on the C2S. A C2S with the power kit is a needle in a haystack. I am almost certain anyone that has one will probably want more than a GTS.

This car is growing on me so much since it launched in that hideous baby blue color. I would take one of these in a heartbeat In dravit gray if it was offered. But maybe I’ll take one in bsm in a manual to compliment the f90 seems perfect side by side. I hope the driver reviews are great because I think this car is going to look super cool on the road with those wide hips and wheel arches and strong body lines on the side.

Define "no racing car"? I believe that statement is not correct. Here is Austin Dillon's dash |
