Seems to me, the manner in which your car is driven for the first 1325 miles is far more important than an extra 125 miles.

That would make a lot of sense. I just drove the same way, keeping it under 6k rpms. Though who knows if they even know how I drove it? Regardless my situation was somewhat unique (bad timing on my end and the dealers) so I’m sure most of you guys won’t have any of that stress

Would you mind elaborating on this? I just ordered a 2025 today. My sales representative knows nothing about this. He said that you just bring it back after a year (based on me saying I put about 6,000 miles on a car in a year).

You need to have a dedicated break-in service done at ~1200 miles, and keep your speed and engine rpm under certain values until that service is completed. Here is the relevant section in the owners manual.
