I had 2000s on my G80 and there was some dust reduction and no difference in performance. Went with 1500s for my G87. So far dust reduction is even better and performance again seems exactly the same as stock for street driving. I haven’t and don’t plan to track my cars so not worried about performance at the most extreme limits.

I like having a reduction in brake dust but seeing some post stating that the 1500s are def not as good as stopping the car as the stock worries me which is why I was leaning towards the 2000s. My heart says 1500s my head says 2000s lol. Last edited by Ronin76; 01-18-2025 at 05:26 PM.. |

If I was going to do any track driving though, I’d stay with stock just because I don’t think isweeps are recommmended for any track use. Last edited by fanofbmwe46; 01-12-2025 at 02:44 PM.. |

I drive on CT highways and have been cut off many times, and quite closely. Have had to emergency brake and the 1500s didn't scare me one bit - controlled, forceful braking. Not only that, the dust you do get washes off easily, even blows off with good air compressor.
