I would consider donating to a GoFundMe for a clinic, especially if it is a tax write-off. (I personally don't need one and can't even go near it because of the plot complication in my chest.)

As for OnlyFans, picture the videos (pun intended) that you could post there made by the MRI machine finding all kinds of objects where they're not supposed to be.....

A left lane remote control that safely and slowly forced the offending car into the right lane.

Bonus gadget would be a trucker remote that...
- didn't allow them to move in front of me when the trailer was too close to my front end
- disabled their governor/speed limiter and forced them to pass at at least 5mph
- forced them over to the right lane once they passed and sufficient space was available

I want to invent a bottomless car-swallowing pit that opens up just before a construction zone, for when self-entitled drivers do not zipper-merge and make both lanes come to a stop for miles.....

Need a dishwasher unloading robot.

Once dishwasher cycle is complete (preferably while peacefully asleep) the robot would unload the dishwasher and place dishes and silverware in there proper drawer and cabinets / drawers.

Sensors would be able to tell by weight and optical sensors what each item is and where they need to go in the cabinet. Focus would be on quiet operation vs speed to unload without waking the rest of the household.

Apparently in 2008 there was a PR1 (Personal Robot One) where parts of the tasking was attempted...however here nearly 17 years later...we are still doing the task ourselves (unless lucky enough to have a personal kitchen staff).

Why not take it one step further, and just turn the cabinets/drawers into dishwashers and skip the unloading process altogether?

Getting old me is throwing away the books on how things are traditionally done for when we build our retirement Garage Mahal, and one of the features is going to be the ability to drive our cars into the kitchen to unload groceries without having to carry a bag. Another one will be making a walk-in closet with the washer/dryer in it, so that sorting laundry out of the dryer is just a grab and hang/fold with minimal steps and maybe even a swiveling stool.....

Why not install two dishwashers? Take clean dishes from one dishwasher, use them, and put them in the second dishwasher.

****This is not uncommon amongst Orthodox Jews but not for taking clean dishes from one, using them and putting them in the other... It's for dietary guidelines.

Cool idea though. I'm lucky in that I enjoy putting the dishes away and having everything clean and orderly. It's my nature.

Dude, you maybe onto something, imagine cupboards that wash/dry dishes in them?

Didn't I say that in post #51?

I just saw a common sense but novel thing on the TV news from a homeowner in Los Angeles. He left a gasoline-powered trash pump running as he evacuated, spraying water onto his house and yard from the swimming pool. It will run unattended until either the gas runs out or the pool is empty, and saved his and a few neighbors' houses.

This trash pump from Hazard Fraught costs under $300, and will pump out a typical in-ground backyard pool in ~3 hours at max flow:
