Got mine a couple of weeks ago and they work great. I grow facial hair fast as hell and I hadn't shaved in a week. This razor kicked the crap out of it and I never felt it.

The only thing I dislike about the razor is the 'top' is pretty big so it's hard to 'carve' a straight line. I'm getting used to it and it's getting better though.

I contacted customer service and they replied quickly and we worked something out. We'll see I guess...
