That’s true. I mis spoked earlier about it still being at port. The Cardinal left Altamira yesterday afternoon and is en route to Brunswick GA.
I am hoping the tracker is a day behind here so there is a chance my car got on the Cardinal while it was in Altamira.

FYI, the destination port for your car will be on the sales sheet you signed for your car.

My dealer is also in NC. Our cars are supposed to be delivered in Baltimore.

Week 40 (technically 39) here. Prod date 9/29. Still RFT since 10/1. Great to see movement for some of you all!

I'm a Week 39, still in RFT since 10/1

Since this thread is all about speculation, the Glovis Cardinal has possibly picked up cars in Altamira between Oct 23-25. I saved the port history from its last trip, and I've attached it.

If we convert the previous timing to the current dates, we're looking at the following schedule for the Glovis Cardinal:
Oct 29: Brunswick
Oct 31: Sparrows Point
Nov 1: Baltimore
Nov 3: Philadelphia
Nov 5: New York

Additionally, a Nov 3rd landing in Philadelphia is further supported by the Philadelphia port schedule here: http://system.holtlogistics.com/Vesl...isplayTerm.php

Hopefully DCC and M2GTI can get confirmation from BMWGenius that they're on the Cardinal, since they have their status updated to In Transit. And then the rest of us can hopefully get status updates over the following days. 🤞

I’m out of NC also (Southpoint - Durham). M340 in RFT since 10/19. My dealer picks up from Brunswick and Baltimore. Genius noted somewhere on my records BALPOA, which must stand for Baltimore port of arrival. The dealer says they would rather it be Brunswick so we could get it up to 5 days earlier due to unloading and added travel before the next stop. But that they couldn’t control that.

Left Altamira on 10/25 on the Glovis Cardinal. Scheduled to arrive in Brunswick on 10/28.

Spoke to the genius. My car left on the 25th via cardinal and is scheduled to arrive 10/28 at Brunswick.

Well Genius said I am not on the Cardinal. So sorry G20's not looking good. and the up to 3 weeks in RFT now changed to 8 weeks in RFT. This is getting to be a pretty pathetic customer experience.

I hear you. I wouldn't lose all hope though. Genius line is pretty worthless and seems to sometimes do more harm than good. It makes more sense that a whole lot of different BMWs are on board Glovis Cardinal, not just a handful. Who knows how they do the logistics, but it sounds like they might not know which cars are on board until the ship is well under way and they start planning for which ones need to be unloaded at the next stop
