i need to super glue my mouth shut so i wont eat the cookie.

some guy told me he lost 25 pounds in 2 months from doing it.

my friend did it and she ate cheese and meat all day and lost 15 poudns in a month. granted.. she lost like all her muscle probably.. but hey, its still 15 pounds

I'm a day late to this thread. I'm giving up candy. I'm not religious and I rarely go to church even on holidays but for some reason I feel compelled to give something up for Lent.

I don't understand how anyone call this fasting, when you're actually abstaining. And for God sakes if you really want to challenge your spirit pick something other than candy....

Who called it fasting? You are supposed to fast on Ash Wednesday but I don't think anyone is expected to fast for an entire 40 days. Then again, I don't really know all the details about Lent.
