I see the Glovis Corona just came back from Mobile. Is that your port of entry? If my car continues to be exactly 1 week behind yours in progress it will be interesting to see if it moves next week. That or the cars are simply waiting for each car carrier to arrive going to the port of entry (mine is brunswick).

Just added the carbon fiber interior trim to my build. No other carbon options were port-install ready besides the interior and the door sills. I was hoping to get the grill, side skirt, diffuser and wheel cover too but no dice. Not sure if my employee pricing or incentives are applied but it was a $1250 option. Had to lol

Those carbon pieces are cool. All I'm really interested in is the exhaust! My current 340i has the MPPSK and the valved exhaust is such a great thing, quiet when I want it, but aggressive without being obnoxious when I hit the Sport button. Will the exhaust for the M240 also be valved?
I contacted Fabspeed to see if they had plans for a 2-series exhaust, they said they don't but would like to make one. They need a volunteer car for a month. Hopefully, someone on the east coast can volunteer a car. I also want round or oval tips, get rid of that stupid triangular fake exhaust tip that comes on the M240.

Hopefully Dinan jumps on it and makes a quad like the m340. I plan to go custom Ti from cat back with no res and no muffler. If it drones I will add a mid pipe res. But yes the factory exhaust will come valved just like the other M B58 models. You don’t have a specific exhaust button like the M5 but it will actuate, mainly for economy reasons on our car rather than sound. But good news, the 240 doesn’t have the mild hybrid motor so cold start and between shifts we get the bark and bite stock!

Great to hear everyone else's is moving right along👍.
Mine has been slooow. Ordered 9/20. "Production Begins " 10/7 and there it sits. 😩 BG w/ beige interior. Most options. November delivery a real long shot!(?). A December B'day present would be nice. Should be worth the wait though if my '19 M240 was any indication of how fun this car will be.

I was watching a TFL video on YT last night showcasing the m240 (nothing new from what Canadian dealers have showcased). Apparently the American press are getting time in the press models now. They were saying driving impressions are embargoed until November 16th. Have dealers said yet whether they will allow customers to take their cars before that date?

We sure are on the same boat...I just confirmed with my dealer! Now, for me, the boat will stopping in Baltimore...My date of arrival is 11/12.
