feel so good right now

ok i get to the gym at my normal time and she beat me in. after i put my stuff in the locker room and walk to the weight section she on the elliptical. you have to pass the row of ellipticals to get to the weight area.

so im walking towards the weight area and i see one of the employees (white, jacked, spiked hair, etc) standing next to her and chatting while she working out. she wasn't really paying attention to him just watching tv in and kinda had the f off sticker on.

as i pass her i looked at her and gave her a direct smile and continued on my way. she noticed and gave a faint smile back and from what i heard when passing, the employee was talking to her about some great chinese place with amazing dumplings .

so after 1 hour of lifting weights, time for cardio. i got on a different machine, just to see if i got the right intentions, and put my gaterade on the machine next to me to make it look like it occupied as i mistakingly did before. 15 minutes into my run, the chick goes on the treadmill next to me and said "hey, this is yours right?" and i was like nice conversation starter, she remembered .

i replied "yea, sorry about that" told her my name and she gave me hers. and her name is....CHELSEA. i then replied if she likes chinese food and she knew what i was talking about. she smiled+laughed and explained how that guy is always trying to hit on her, etc. so after 5 minutes of conversation, she says she g2g and hope i have a good workout. i replied thanks and ill see you around and that was the end of it.

small step but w/e. after seeing how this went i don't see anything wrong with meeting others at the gym. but at first it was intimidating in the gym atmosphere.

i guess i was way overthinking it from the gym jitters but once conv. started going all felt norm again.

i wanna see where this can go, no hit it and quit it just yet. i mean if she was trying for a month and i finally responded i might as well see what happens. e90post ftw, so whats next

you do any more mods to your car? getting an e92 m3 spring, and i wanna kill myself cause about 3 months ago, i could have got the bmw perf seats for $2800 shipped but now when i checked yesterday it is $5000 shipped. damn euro. i should have bought them back then and stored them in the garage if i knew it was gonna go up that much. i wonder if canada has bmw perf seats? maybe take a drive up there and bring me home a set depending on price?

I hear that newer gym in Pearl River is pretty nice. I'm surprised you still have your car, you've been talking about trading it up for year. I was hoping you were going to go with the c63 or GTR. That blows on the seats. I hear those deals come and go on them though. Just wait it out and you'll get them eventually.

I still hit up NYSC and do some work there when I'm back in town.

yo jay, i don have my 335i anymore. been out since december got a 328i now until spring and then im getting the c63, gtr, or m3 but ultimately decided on going with the m3. crazy deals on 2010 c63 brand new for 55k out the door. gtr is nice but after test driving one, no way can i use that as a daily driver. glad i waited a bit longer to see how market played out.

you almost done with school? i was supposed to be finished this year but since i failed a shit load freshman year i have to take another semester to make up. i think it was like 15 credits (5 classes) .

Damn, didn't know you got rid of the 335. That sucks but on the other hand, schools fun. I miss undergrad. Live it up and enjoy your self. I'm in the first quarter of second year. So pretty much 3 more years to go. We'll have to get together sometime when I'm back in NY and knock a few back, pimp some slwhores.

OP, ignore the middle school responses and advice in here. Congrats on overcoming your fear. That can be a tough and intimidating thing to do.

At this point, the door is wide open. She's obviously friendly with you. If it was me, I'd play on the conversation you overheard. I'd say something like, "So, since this guy keeps hitting on you and talking about Asian food, how about I rescue you. What better scenario that to try Asian food with an Asian person? I can tell you if it's REALLY any good. Why don't we go check out that place he was telling you about? Tomorrow night work for you?". From what you posted, it sounds like you have a far better shot with her than this other guy does.
