Spaghetti alla pesto
Pesto recipe from Lidia Bastianich 1 bunch flat parsley, large stems removed 2 bunches basil leaves, stems removed 3 garlic cloves, peeled 1/3 c walnut halves or pieces 1/3 c grated parmesan EVOO salt to taste Place vegetables, nuts, cheese and salt in food processor, and run while drizzling EVOO. Continue processing and adding EVOO until the desired consistency is achieved. Toss pesto with pasta in a bowl, plate and add more parmesan. Easy, flavorful, healthy and good! Cherries for dessert. |

Humpday pizza. Why Humpday? Because it's Wednesday, that's why.
New product at the Grocer that turned out to be most excellent. Good crust and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Might be my new go to frozen pizza. I didn't have to add anything to it. A+ https://legrec.ca/en/ |

The can opener didn't work, and we didn't have a back-up manual in the house. I think the touch of blood from that opening was the key ingredient. Also available for lunch today!
