I was getting a buzz cut (1/4" or so) for most of 2020 and this year. But I've been letting it grow back out the past few months. Still would pass a military inspection, but I actually need to use a brush again. Wifey likes it better when it's buzzed and it's certainly easier to take care of. I'm just not so sure I like the way it looks.

We have a Christmas Cocktail party to go to tonight. My GF was having anxiety about what to wear, so I bought 15, yes 15, cocktail dresses for her on Amazon. She tried them all on last night, guess what? She did not like any of them. I thought 3 were amazing. Shaking my head.

The only thing I have found better than Edge Gel is a home made concoction of coconut oil, sugar and essential oils for scent. Smoothest shave ever.
I've been on this train for about 7 years now. I have the exact same clippers. I've been on zero for a few years now, but recently started using a guard. I use the 2mm guard that comes with the same Remington curved clippers. The guards on those are garbage though. I just replaced my old curved clippers 2 months ago and 2 of the guards have already broken on me. I will say for a zero shave, this is the go-to clipper. The curve also works great on body hair. The retired curved clippers are now my body hair clippers. |

For your head? Which trimmer do you use?
I bought this guy last year and although it takes a while to shave with it, it provides the best results out of any clipper in my collection. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |

Been thinking about trading in my 2016 GLC 300 for a hybrid SUV. Supposedly a good time trade in low to mid-range mileage cars.

Its a good time to sell but not the best time to be a buyer. You'll most likely be paying full sticker for anything now, discounts are pretty much dead.

That's always the issue, whether it be cars or houses. You can sell high, but you can't buy low.

Must agree, but in my instance, the offers from the likes of Vroom, Algo, and two others was higher than the original price I paid for my '17 Toyota Tacoma OffRoad/TRD (this was early October). It enabled me to move up into a similarly equipped 5 year newer pickup for little money (once I found a dealer willing to sell just at MSRP). Could I have done better waiting 6 months to a year from now...possibly, but I wasn't willing to gamble on that.

Well I don't have anyone to tell IRL and I'm bursting at the seams so why not you lovely bunch of internet strangers
I don't have a proper pic because I don't have it in hand yet but I just pulled the trigger on a center stone for an engagement ring. Pretty nerve wracking process, and so much left to do.

Thanks! And yea it's a pretty cut style, she mentioned it as her favorite a few years ago so I've kept it in mind. I'm just a bit concerned because I hear it's relatively fragile at the corners due to the cut and the internal structure of diamonds

Thanks (I think so too). The update was seriously overdue and needed. While it's still on the same frame (I had a '12 Frontier for 5 yrs.), things like hydraulic cab mounts, a 9 spd Mercedes Benz sourced trans, an added rear sway bar along with Bilstein shocks, and double laminated side glass (for less noise intrusion) have made it a much more up to date ride.

We had another insurer for a while - can’t remember name, but they only insured when my wife was wearing the jewelry or it was locked up. I thought that was ridiculous. What if she removed her ring and put it on the counter while cooking or washing her hands and forgot to put it back on? Jewelers Mutual insures it - period. And they are easy to deal with and cost a little less.
