Salad with grilled Chaldean flatbread. Good!

My vinaigrette lately is EVOO + freshly squeezed lemon juice + S&P. Give the lemon juice a try, in place of vinegar. Great flavor and freshness.

Salad was arugula, tomatoes, feta, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini and a few anchovies. Bread was grilled in hot EVOO!

grilled pork chop slices [repurposed leftover]
chopped broccoli

If you remember the story from last year about how I accidentally discovered dry-rub lemon pepper wings because BWW screwed up my order for garlic parm wings? Well, they screwed up again yesterday, shipping wet lemon pepper wings that weren't flavored or cooked very well. Thankfully, I have a shaker of BWW lemon pepper seasoning in the spice cabinet that combined with a trip through the air fryer fixed them up enough to eat.....
