1st Gen Ford Explorer Sport. We had a dark green '92 XLT as a kid. I always thought it would be cool to have had a 2-door even though they make no practical sense at all. Maybe not the most embarrassing car, but not what I think most people would consider cool or a "looker."

There's an inherent coolness about that. (Just needs bigger wheels imo)

Yeah def not. That's an amazing machine. It's a 500E though just to be technically correct. Dad had one, I am looking for one. That or the big boy 190. Nothing embarrassing about either of those, in their day they were the best thing in the road.

Speaking of oddball combos - wasn't there a Toyota that was co developed with Winnebago?

I was going to mention this as well. It did start as the 500E but was changed to E500 when MB made their nomenclature change in the mid-90s.

Yep, you guys are right. I thought it started when the new round headlamp E came out, forgot they made the change a year or two before.

Yeah...but I am comparing to the 135. And it doesn't handle all that well but I am working on it.

And yeah I would love an XJR...but my Vanden Plas was $700.00 and I couldn't pass it up.

My only American vehicle is an Excursion.

The rest of the fleet is 528i, MIni Cooper S, X5 3.0, E30 m50 swapped, R80, ZRX1100, XT600e, KLX250, XR200.

That's even worse. At least the regular juke isn't trying to be cool.

Yeah, a juke, regardless of trim level or form, definitely belongs on the embarrassing list.

Is a Juke with a GTR powertrain really any uglier than a GTR?

Since we're talking embarrassing crushes, this certainly qualifies for me:

Hey now. Sticking a banana in one (or was it a potato?) doesn't qualify as 'relations' ... though that doesn't mean it wasn't fun ...
