Struggling with choice of wheel color. Normally would go black/gunmetal, but like the look of gold/bronze on ZB.
Looks good. Careful going too dark on the very front, just know what's acceptable to your locale.

I am likely doing a gun metal gloss then ceramic coated on my ZB when it comes to wheels soon. But I have seen a few with gold or bronze that looked pretty good so I'm sure you'll be happy either way. Think it was the Apex vs-5rs and they looked good with that gold/ bronze contrast.

Huge improvement in aesthetics, rides comfort is identical to stock but slightly lower COG and less roll and pitch. Slightly better steering feeling but I still need an alignment done.

Perfect as BMW intended surely...
Test springs from a well known brand. Hmmm... ?

Odd situation they've asked me to keep quiet on them for a week or two while they get their test data but they're great

Here it is also with 8mm spacers all around

I bought a roll of Xpel to do my rocker panels myself. 😳
Full front is done by pros, but I’m hoping I can knock out this danger zone myself. Who knows, if I can get this figured out maybe I’ll do the rest. That’s kind of a joke, kind of not. We’ll see how it goes.

I work at the dealership so not fair to say what I paid. The repair instructions from BMW quote 13hrs for the job. My tech took 7 hours to complete. In fairness it was the first time he had ever done it.

Parts plus port install and alignment run about $2850. Definitely the way to go if considering it and still have the option. Having it considered oem and warrantied by BMW adds to the value.

I just brought the car home, lol! Drove from dealer to clearbra installer and parked it.
Still can't figure out half of iDrive 8, but loving the car!

Ordered a set of BMC drop in filters, iSweep 2000 pads and the Evolution Racewerks crossover pipe. Still need to order the AA EL midpipe though. Ordered the MHC edition one front lip and side skirts which should ship next week. Once I get the midpipe that will about wrap up my mod plans for awhile!

We say it will wrap up the mod plan for a while... til it doesn't

There are some great deals to be had this month too so not a bad time to be picking stuff up!

These are Eibach Pro-Kit! I think it’s ok to tell, you can install them already in Germany. 30 mm in the front, 20 mm rear.
You can see it on your pictures from the item number (11-20-049-01-RA for example )

Cheers
