I may be wrong, but wasn't Dark side of the moon the best selling album, up until Michael Jackson's thriller ?? Maybe Fleetwood Mac's Rhumors knocked it from that list first. Either way, definitely in my top 10 list of Albums...

So my camera lens I ordered from B&H in NYC a few days ago.... it went from their warehouse in NJ to FedEx terminal in Newark. I thought it would be put on a truck for the 2 hr drive to the BDL Connecticut Distribution center, then on the smaller truck to my place in Western mass.. Nope. Flew to the main FedEx terminal in Memphis last night.

I followed the FedEx tracking number and it showed leaving Memphis at 3:15 PM ET today.

I googled how long a flight from Memphis to Bradley/BDL CT took. We still have a southerly wind from this massive storm that just passed, so I knew it would be landing from the north. At the time I thought it would be around the Albany area..
1/2 hour ago, the first plane i clicked on, and I assume this is the plane. Bingo...

My wife says I need a life ...

Last year I bought a 6500 W Honda. With the $$$$ I paid for it, I should have put in a whole house/standby generator...

Thanks! Yeah, my parents actually flew in yesterday late from New York and if they would’ve waited for the original flight today, they wouldn’t have made it. Hopefully everyone up there is safe andthis all gets over with soon.

Yeah, I had two inverter generators, but this is just a much easier, albeit, more expensive solution, but I will never have to worry again.

My brother n law had his sweet girlfriend bring us 4 lbs of Fresh Honey from Chihuahua, Mexico from her families Beehive Farm. I love honey in everything including, shakes, tea, coffee and right out the jar!

Nice to know where it came from. Honey is one of the most faked products in the world. Over in Thailand they have guys walk around with a big piece of beehive comb and jars of what looks like honey. They offer a taste from one jar which has real natural honey. Awesome. Problem is the stuff they sell you isn't real honey.

I am confident that half the shit sold on stores here in the US is imitation. Which is sad because it ain't exactly cheap.

At least in these parts, local beekeepers sell their products at various farmers' markets. Local honey is rumored to help some people with allergies, since the local bees collect many of the same allergens that people are breathing.....

It has 25K shots on it and I paid $625 delivered. I own two 5DIV's and five EF L lenses so I'm set, my clients don't mind that I'm not mirrorless. Besides, I'm usually on a tripod shooting and mirrorless isn't necessary at this point.

FYI, technically not my last purchase, but I was waiting to post until I lived with it for a week. I've been looking for a low profile bar to fit in my current setup and found this wandering Costco last week.
