Twilight Purple build week is week 15 (April 6 to 12). How long after the build week does it take to get the car?

For my M240i, from production date to at the dealership was 7 weeks-ish

Here's my final timeline for those of you who are interested. Although it's paid for, I still don't have it. I'll officially pick it up tomorrow and then Saturday morning it goes for PPF. The wait never ends.

Maybe a few days. Those are port installed.

When did you get this news? I emailed a couple of weeks ago and it was mid March. When was your order received? I think we are in the same batch

Hey Man, so my SA emailed me my VIR on 11/26 (I assume that is when my order was officially placed) but I have been checking BMW's website to track the status and it kept saying "Order Received" so I decided to call the Genius number today.

The rep told me that currently I am a week 15 build and the dates for that is April 6 to the 12th. She did say that can change though.

Let's hope not. I had 9 port accessories and even with that this was unusual. No one else needs to wait a month. I did it for you.

Thanks for taking one for the team Ron. I still don't know if my car is going to end up at the correct dealer. Order says deliver to Houston. Genius says it is going to Columbia, SC. Will just have to wait and see. If it ends upmin SC, I am just going to cancel my order and save for a 911.

Your CA will have more info than the genius line. Reach out to him/her and have them run the VIR. They will be able to tell you where it is, where its going and timing (unless you have port installed items...if do it has to clear that stage before they will know the timing).
